Our Mission

To provide dogs with a healthy, nutritious, balanced diet every day.

Using only ingredients which are actively good for your dog, delivered free to your door if you live within 5 miles of Wimbledon Common.

Joining up their daily meals with training treats to ensure everything the eat is good for them and it’s measured to help control their weight.

A healthy dog is a happy dog, and will keep your vet bills down!

With good use of training treats, your dog walks will be more fun and engaging and your dog will be much more focused on you!

The birth of Common Goodness

The founder of Common Goodness (Keith Rattray) has been creating his own dog food for years and wanted to raise the bar and share the goodness with discerning dog owners.

Luckily, his brother Scott Rattray is a chef. A very good chef, who was trained at Claridge’s and worked as Keith Floyd’s right-hand man on many of his globe-trotting TV series, such as Floyd on Africa.

The brothers Rattray collaborated to create dishes for dogs, using only the finest ingredients. Everything had to be nutritionally good for the dog, with no fillers, no additives and no preservatives. It all has to be fit for human consumption, given the commercial kitchen we work our magic from.

Once happy with the recipes, it’s delivery time! Locality is key. We are a local business supplying the best possible products to a local community. This keeps our carbon footprint at zero (5 mile delivery radius from Wimbledon Common), and our ability to use fully recyclable materials for packaging.
